Delray Lakes is a single-family gated community east of I-95 and close to downtown Delray Beach. The community features tree lined streets and sidewalks, amenities, and a private boat ramp onto Lake Ida.  

The amenities available to members of the Association include a community pool with cabana, tennis with pickleball courts, playground, boat ramp onto Lake Ida, high-speed internet, and a boat storage area.  In addition, the gated entry and boat storage areas are backed up with video monitoring.
